Die Rolle als Product Life Cycle Manager ist eine vielseitige und spannende Position, die Einblicke in unterschiedliche Unternehmensbereiche bietet. Als Stelleninhaber/in berichten Sie direkt an den Head of Product Life Cycle Management im Bereich Site Supply Chain Marburg. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen die Kommunikation und Koordination mit zahlreichen Partnern in einem globalen Netzwerk. Dazu gehören unter anderem Regional Demand Planning, ComOps, globales Verpackungsmanagement, globales Verpackungsdesign, externe Lieferantenqualitätssicherung, externe Lieferantenintegration, Zulassungsabteilung, Forschung und Entwicklung u.v.m.
Die Position
- Sie überprüfen Aufträge (z.B. Launch, Lifecycle-Change, Abregistrierung) und tauschen sich dazu mit Fachabteilungen wie Verpackung, Qualität und Vertrieb aus
- Komplexe Abweichungen stimmen Sie mit Vorgesetzten ab und finalisieren Auftragsanforderungen in Rücksprache mit Ihren Kunden
- Sie entwickeln detaillierte Projektpläne (z.B. Zeitplan, Ressourcenplanung) und stellen diese in globalen Change-Paneln vor
- Ebenfalls erstellen Sie Implementierungspläne bei zulassungsrelevanten Änderungen in Abstimmung mit Zulassungs- und Planungsabteilungen
- Sie stellen sicher, dass der Projektplan eingehalten wird und führen die Kommunikation mit Projektbeteiligten
- Sie identifizieren Risiken und Abweichungen, leiten Maßnahmen ab und stimmen diese mit Vorgesetzten ab
- Außerdem erarbeiten Sie Prozessverbesserungsvorschläge und setzen diese um
- Für interne Fachabteilungen und externe Stakeholder fungieren Sie als Ansprechpartner/in, genau wie für interne und externe Audits
Ihre Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen
- i.d.R. abgeschlossenes Studium zum Bachelor of Science, z.B. Biologie
- Projekterfahrung
- Englisch Level 2
- Mehr als 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung
