Completed training as a Healthcare Assistant or in Social Insurance Experience in telephone customer advice and professional communication in social services Ideally, English language skills at level B2 Excellent written and customer-oriented communication skills High commitment and good self-organization Enjoy working with people and digital media Your working hours are Monday to Friday from 6 am to 10 pm. Voluntary participation in the TK24 service (customer service from 10 pm to midnight and on weekends and public holidays from 6 am to midnight) is desirable and will be compensated accordingly.
