Sales Representative Kliniken Kassel, Marburg, Würzburg, Erfurt, Gera (m/w/d) DIE POSITION

Die Position wird an unserem Standort Köln (Abbott Rapid Diagnostics Germany GmbH) im Bereich Infectious Diseases angegliedert und für die Region Kassel, Marburg, Würzburg, Erfurt, Gera verantwortlich sein.

Unser Point-of-Care-Diagnoseportfolio umfasst wichtige Gesundheits- und Therapiebereiche, darunter Infektionskrankheiten, Informatik und Toxikologie.

Unsere diagnostischen Lösungen werden in Krankenhäusern, Laboren und Kliniken rund um den Globus eingesetzt. p> IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Verantwortung für Vertriebsziele und kommerzielle Planung zur Erreichung der Leistungsziele
  • Erschließung von Märkten und Kunden (insbesondere Neukunden) und allgemeine Kundenbetreuung in den verschiedenen Aufgabenbereichen
  • Verantwortung für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung des Abbott RDx-ID-Produktportfolios innerhalb des Bereichs
  • Angebotserstellung für Kunden sowie Abschluss von Verträgen
  • Überwachung und Berichterstattung über Wettbewerbsaktivitäten
  • Durchführung von Produktschulungen und -implementierungen in der Region
  • Die Teilnahme an Konferenzen, Ausstellungen etc. auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene wird erwartet
ERFORDERLICHE QUALIFIKATIONEN
  • Abschluss in BA oder Naturwissenschaften, alternativ eine medizinische Ausbildung oder gleichwertige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Diagnostik
  • Herausragende Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten
  • Ausgeprägte Überzeugungskraft und Fähigkeit zum Aufbau von nachhaltigen, zwischenmenschlichen Beziehungen
  • Ergebnisorientiert, strukturiert und resilient
  • Ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeit und Kundenorientierung
  • Teamplayer mit einem hohen Maß an Eigeninitiative, Energie und Begeisterungsfähigkeit
  • Hervorragende Organisations-, Moderations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Fortgeschrittene Excel- und PowerPoint-Kenntnisse
  • Reisebereitschaft (70-80 %)
  • Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
BEVORZUGTE QUALIFIKATIONEN
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb in der Medizingeräteindustrie, Pharmaindustrie oder einem ähnlichen Umfeld
  • Detailliertes Verständnis des Absatz- / Secondary-Care-Marktes
  • Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität und Fähigkeit, in einem sich schnell verändernden Umfeld zu arbeiten
  • Effektiver Kommunikator mit ausgezeichneter zwischenmenschlicher Kompetenz und der Fähigkeit, einwirkend Ergebnisse zu erzielen
  • Flexibler Selbststarter mit der Fähigkeit, in einem sich schnell verändernden Umfeld resilient zu arbeiten
  • Fähigkeit, Probleme und Geschäftsmöglichkeiten mit relevanten Kunden zu artikulieren, um langfristige strategische Geschäfte mit Kunden von nationaler Bedeutung zu sichern
