In unserer Geschäftsstelle für den Öffentlichen Dienst entwickeln wir in diversen IT-Bereichen ganzheitliche Lösungen für Auftraggeber des Bundes. Dabei arbeiten unsere fachlich beratenden und technisch versierten Mitarbeitenden Hand in Hand und schaffen so moderne IT-Systeme für die Digitalisierung auf Bundes- und Landesebene. 

Als Consultant Software Development (m/w/d) werden Sie Teil unserer Community für Anwendungsentwicklung und arbeiten an modernen Applikationen, welche von Millionen Bürgerinnen und Bürgern sowie Mitarbeitenden des Staates genutzt werden. Bei uns entwickeln Sie keine beliebige Shop- oder Websoftware, sondern Software für Deutschland.Erstellung, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Anwendungskonzepten und -architekturen Analyse, technologische Beratung und Optimierung von Individualsoftware im Frontend und/oder Backend sowie der Softwareinfrastruktur Anforderungsaufnahme beim Kunden, Übersetzung in Software und Präsentation der Ergebnisse  Abgeschlossene IT-orientierte Fachausbildung, z. B Fachinformatiker (m/w/d), abgeschlossenes IT-orientiertes Studium oder entsprechende relevante Berufserfahrung Hohe IT-Affinität und bestenfalls (erste) Erfahrung mit aktuellen Themenstellungen, wie beispielsweise Test Driven Design / Development und Cloud Native Apps Fundierte Kenntnisse in mindestens zwei der folgenden Sprachen und Frameworks sowie mindestens einer Datenbank: Java / Jakarta / JavaScript / Typescript / CSS / HTML / XML / C++ Node.js / Angular / React / Spring Boot / Spring Cloud / Quarkus Oracle / PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB / CouchDB Idealerweise Erfahrungen mit IT-Projekten im öffentlichen Sektor Lust, Ihre Fähigkeiten und Kenntnisse zu erweitern und damit die Digitalisierung des Landes weiter voranzutreiben Teamgefühl, gegenseitiger Respekt und gegenseitige Unterstützung Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit sehr guten Deutschkenntnissen (Level C1 oder höher) Bereitschaft, für Kundeneinsätze und Veranstaltungen innerhalb Deutschlands zu reisen  Ein tolles Team und eine wertschätzende Atmosphäre
