pOur client in the Insurance sector is looking to recruit a full-time Contact Centre Agent. The role is on a 3-shift basis, nights being in the minority of shifts. The main duty of the Contact Centre Agent is to handle incoming assistance services and ensure the service is dispatch and rendered to the client within the agreed time frame. /pbr /pstrongResponsibilities: /strong /pbr /ulliAnswer and handle incoming queries for assistance services though various channels; /liliCorrespond with contractors network by phone, chat or email; /liliResolve and document service information according to standard operating procedures; /liliOther contact centre related duties as may be assigned; /li /ulbr /p /pbr /pstrongQualifications and skills: /strong /pbr /ulliMinimum of secondary level of education /liliProficient in main Microsoft applications including the ability to learn and navigate new software; /liliExcellent data entry and typing skills; /liliSuperior soft-skills supported by an advanced ability to communicate in written form; /liliAbility to effectively manage multiple priorities and work in a dynamic environment; /liliFluency in written and spoken Maltese and English; /liliThe following would be considered an asset:br-Knowledge of basic home installation,br-Experience in a call centre environment,br-Knowledge of customer service practices and principles. /li /ulbr/br/Adress:
