About usMy client, a cutting-edge company located in Berlin-Adlershof, pioneering the development and production of high-performance cameras and optical inspection solutions are seeking a Head of Sales to play a key part in the company's commerical growth.TasksDrive Sales Growth: Lead the technical sales of our scientific products, building strong relationships with new and existing customersClient-Focused Solutions: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and collaborate with our engineering team to provide customized solutionsGlobal Partnership Management: Foster relationships with sales partners worldwide, helping to shape annual sales targets and achieve growth goalsSales Operations: Prepare and deliver quotes, manage order processing, and work alongside our technical support team to address customer needsTravel & Outreach: Organize and conduct client visits, demos, product presentations, and represent us at trade fairs and conferencesNew Market Exploration: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and emerging markets for our productsCRM & Sales Reporting: Use the CRM system to track leads, manage opportunities, and report on sales progressProfileRelevant Education: Degree in a technical or scientific discipline (e.g., Physics, Engineering, Photonics, Metrology), or equivalent experience in industrial engineering with a strong technical backgroundSales Experience: Proven track record of selling complex, technically advanced products to international customersCommunication Excellence: Fluency in both German and English, with the ability to present and negotiate with clients at all levelsCollaborative & Independent: A proactive, team-oriented personality with the drive to work autonomously and take ownership of your projectsWillingness to Travel: Occasional travel to engage with clients and attend industry eventsTechnical Proficiency: Strong skills in MS Office/LibreOffice; experience with tools like InDesign, GIMP, or Photoshop is a plusBenefitsImpactful Role: Take ownership of a vital position with the opportunity to shape the future of our global sales strategyGrowth Potential: We're a fast-growing company with a collaborative, supportive team atmosphere where your contributions directly influence successWork-Life Flexibility: Enjoy flexible working hours and a mix of remote and office-based work optionsPerks: Receive a mobility allowance for your company ticket and enjoy a competitive benefits package
