  • Schaffung einer optimalen (Projekt-) Planung und (Projekt-) Steuerung für zugeordnete Projektvorhaben (standortübergreifend und international)
  • Weiterentwicklung der Aenova (IT-) Projektmanagementmethodik
  • Beratung von Auftraggebern/Executive Sponsoren bei der Planung und dem Setup von Projekten/Programmen
  • Auswahl von externen und internen Projektleitern, deren Coaching bzgl. Methoden des Projektmanagements
  • Professionelles Berichtswesen gegenüber Auftraggebern/Executive Management oder entsprechenden Gremien
  • Kontinuierliche Überprüfung laufender Projekte auf Effizienzpotentiale (in-time, in-budget und in-quality) sowie der angewandten Projektmanagementmethoden nebst Weiterentwicklung dieser Methoden
  • Fachliche Weisungen der ProjektleiterInnen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Hochschulausbildung mit dem Schwerpunkt (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder vergleichbare in der Praxis erworbene Qualifikationen
  • Praxiserfahrung > 5 Jahre im Projekt- bzw. Multiprojektmanagement sowie Programm Management idealerweise mit einer anerkannten Zertifizierung
  • Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der fachlichen und methodischen Führung von Projekt- und Programmleitern und im Umgang mit Projektgremien (Projektlenkungsausschüsse, Geschäftsführungssitzungen o.ä.)
  • Erfahrung in der Optimierung und Effizienzsteigerung von Projekten und deren Abläufen
  • Kenntnisse im Life-Science bzw. Pharma-Umfeld oder anderen regulatorisch orientierten Märkten (Qualifizierung und Validierung / GxP / GMP)
  • Sehr starke (interne) Kundenorientierung und Freude an der Arbeit in einem agilen und dynamischen Umfeld
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsstärke, klare Lösungs- und Ergebnis-/Erfolgsorientierung in Kombination mit einer unternehmerischen Denk- und Arbeitsweise
  • Gutes Englisch (neben Deutsch) in Wort und Schrift
