Partner with the talent acquisition team to build systemic and scalable recruiting programs to create a sustainable pipeline of talent. Profil Min 6-8 years HR Business Partner/HRM experience, including experience working with senior management in a multinational setting. Experience in a fast-paced, digital environment preferred. Demonstrate the ability to coach, support, challenge, motivate and influence others. Possess strong change management, negotiation and influencing skills, to achieve positive outcomes. Able to apply a commercial approach and business acumen to ensure service is aligned to business goals and that the People agenda supports the business strategy. Experience of managing a cultural shift or transformational change.
