Aufgaben
  • Als Consultant unterstützt du unsere Kunden bei der Beratung, Konzeption und Entwicklung von Lösungen
  • Durch das Incident-, Problem- und Defect-Management sorgst du im Bereich Input- und Dokumentenmanagement für eine reibungslose und effiziente Arbeitsweise
  • Du treibst aktiv die Weiterentwicklung in Richtung Automatisierung und strukturierter elektronischer Posteingangsverarbeitung voran
  • Mit deinem Fachwissen erstellst und automatisierst du Deployment-Pakete (Inhouse/Cloud)
  • Die Schnittstellenprogrammierung mittels Web-Service oder SQL gehört ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben
  • Anhand von strukturierter Dokumentationen (DV-Umsetzungskonzept, Entwicklerdokumentation, Schnittstellenkonzept, Benutzerdokumentation etc.) stellst du sicher, dass alle notwendigen Informationen klar und verständlich dokumentiert sind

Qualifikationen
  • Wir freuen uns über dein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Du hast bereits grundlegende Kenntnisse in mindestens einer Programmiersprache und Scripting-Kenntnisse im Bereich Workflow-Automation und Deployment erworben
  • Außerdem bringst du erste praktische Erfahrung in Input-Management-Systemen und Prozessen (z.B. SmartFIX) mit
  • Dabei hast du bereits erste Schnittstellen zu relationalen Datenbanken (z.B. Oracle oder SQL Server) und IT-Service Management nach ITIL kennengelernt
  • Es ist von Vorteil, wenn du bereits Wissen im Bereich Cloud Computing oder Digitalisierung mitbringst
  • Für unsere Kundenprojekte sind sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse erforderlich
  • Sichere Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch runden dein Profil ab
