What challenges can you expect?
You plan and execute business development activities to win lighthouse customers (e.g. marketing mix, sales and partner network, target customers, relevant stakeholders/influencers)
You follow strategic and technical developments in prioritized European countries and with prioritized network operators and derive measures and recommendations for commercial activities from this
You determine target markets and target customers for business development activities
You develop, optimize and pursue business development strategies
You develop and coordinate flagship projects with target customers
You take on a thought leadership role by writing and coordinating relevant publications and conference papers, also in cooperation with lighthouse customers
What do we expect from you?
You have a university degree in electrical engineering, business administration with a technical focus or similar
You are a "pioneer" with strategic foresight: You recognize market opportunities at an early stage thanks to your understanding of customers and applications, independently pursuing them for MR with a great deal of technical and sales skill
You have several years of experience in the energy sector, ideally you have also worked for grid operators or OEMs and understand their challenges, structures and processes
You also have several years of experience in sales, business development or market development, ideally also from international collaboration
You engage with and inspire both customers and internal stakeholders
You have an analytical, structured and results-oriented way of working as well as assertiveness and strong communication skills
An international mindset and business fluent English skills round off your profile
