Deine Aufgaben:Leading HDI's underwriting strategy and product development of W&I Insurance for the German marketUnderwriting German/European transactional risks as lead Senior UnderwriterDeveloping strong technical expertise within the transactional risks teamSupporting the expansion of HDI's Transactional Risk Insurance Portfolio into selected jurisdictionsAssisting and participating in conferences, developing a strong network of contacts in the market, including legal advisors, managing agencies and insurance brokersDein Profil:German qualified lawyer, accountant or educational background in finance or economyPreferably 10 years of professional experience in the M&A field, including a minimum of 1 year of experience as W&I Senior UnderwriterNative German speaker and business fluent in EnglishExcellent communication and social skills, willing to build up strong relationships, meeting with clients and sales representatives to identify their needs and to explain HDI's offeringEntrepreneurial vision and intellectual rigorWillingness to travel outside working location
