  • Als Project Manager (m/w/d) vielfältige Projekte im Personalmarketing, Employer Branding und E-Recruiting verantworten – dabei stehst du im engen Kontakt mit Kunden aus den unterschiedlichsten Branchen
  • Ganzheitlich denken und das Große und Ganze im Blick behalten: du hast von der Anfrage über lösungsorientierte Angebote bis zur Projektabwicklung und dem Abschluss alles fest im Griff
  • Im Zuge der Projektverantwortung die Organisation und Moderation von Meetings und Präsentationen übernehmen
  • Als Schnittstelle die gesamte Entwicklung unserer innovativen Lösungen begleiten – dabei ist das Projektziel immer in deinem Fokus
  • Im Projektcontrolling das vereinbarte Budget aufmerksam überwachen sowie das Einhalten von Meilensteinen und Zielvereinbarungen gewährleisten
  • Last, but not least Teamgeist beweisen – du kommunizierst den Projektstatus regelmäßig an alle involvierten Kolleginnen und Kollegen

Dein Profil auf einen Blick

  • Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung – alternativ eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, gerne mit Qualifikation im Projektmanagement
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement mit direktem Kundenkontakt oder in einer vergleichbaren Position, z. B. als Projektassistenz
  • Interesse an Themen rund um Personalmarketing und Employer Branding sowie idealerweise Know-how im Marketing
  • Kenntnisse in MS Office (insb. PowerPoint, Excel und Word) und in Project-Management-Tools
  • Sicher in puncto Rechtschreibung und Grammatik
  • Eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, viel Fingerspitzengefühl und organisatorisches Geschick – vor allem im Austausch und Abwägen spezifischer Kundenanforderungen und kreativer Ansätze
