liGemeinsam mit deinem Team entwirfst du PEGA-Lösungsdesigns /li
liDie schrittweise Entwicklung und Integration von Lösungskomponenten gemäß den Anforderungen und dem Zeitplan gehören zu deinem Aufgabengebiet /li
liDu bist verantwortlich für die laterale Führung von Projektteams und -mitgliedern, um eine effektive Zusammenarbeit und die Erreichung des Projektziels sicherzustellen /li
liDu hast Freude an der Businessanalyse /li

liMindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der PEGA-Technologie mit PEGA SAI (for Insurance) Kenntnissen /li
liErfahrung in der Businessanalyse und im Anforderungsmanagement /li
liPEGA-Zertifizierung sowie Zertifizierung im Projektmanagement von Vorteil /li
liErfahrung in der Steuerung und Führung von Projekten /li
liDeutschkenntnisse auf C2 Niveau mit hoher Redegewandtheit sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse /li
