Aufgaben • Als Business Account Manager:in steigst du aktiv in die umfassende Vertriebstätigkeit ein und die ergebnis- als auch wertorientierte Beratung von definierten Key-Account-Kund:innen ist dein Geschäftsfeld. Dabei hast du einen guten Blick für Aufwand und Nutzen in deinen Prozessen und im Rahmen der Kund:innenbetreuung, hier weißt du deine Möglichkeiten zu nutzen • Du verantwortest das Gesamtergebnis der Vertragsbeziehungen (Soll/Ist) nach DB2 und kannst dein Spielfeld umsichtig und transparent bedienen, sodass auch Folgeprozesse durch dich effizient aufgestellt sind • Revisionssicher übernimmst du die Datenpflege in den DV-Systemen und sicherst damit eine hohe und kontinuierliche Qualität, abschließend übernimmst du Sonderaufgaben und bist in Projekten zur Unterstützung und Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung unterwegs Anforderungen • Du bringst ein abgeschlossenes Masterstudium der Ingenieurs- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit oder hast eine vergleichbare Qualifikation • Qualifizierte Erfahrung hast du nicht nur im vertrieblichen Außendienst, sondern auch im Bereich der Energiewirtschaft bringst du ein tiefes energiewirtschaftliches Verständnis mit. Du würdest dich ohne weiteres auch als Vollblut-Vertriebler:in bezeichnen • Du bist ein:e Menschenkenner:in und hast ein gutes Gespür für deren Bedürfnisse, dabei kannst du auf Augenhöhe und adressatengerecht kommunizieren und Gespräche in die richtigen Bahnen lenken • Im Team als auch in der Einzelbetrachtung liegt dir viel an deinen persönlichen Ergebnissen und Lösungen, vor allem auch unter dem Stickwort der Dekarbonisierung • Deine Ziele verfolgst du absolut souverän und verhandlungssicher.
