im Außendienst Ihre Aufgaben
- Sie beraten bestehende und neue Kunden zu unseren Produkten und entwickeln mit diesen gemeinsam eigenständige Abverkaufsmaßnahmen.
- Sie sind für das Wachstum unseres Marktanteils in Ihrem Verkaufsgebiet verantwortlich und berichten an unseren Head of Sales D/A/CH.
- Sie setzen die Marketing- und Vertriebsziele erfolgreich um und arbeiten aktiv an der Gewinnung von Neukunden.
Sie haben eine hohe Affinität zu Kosmetik und verfügen über entsprechende Basiskenntnisse im Bereich der pflegenden Kosmetik. Vor allem aber sind Sie ein Verkaufstalent und verstehen es, unsere Fachkunden (Kosmetikinstitute, Day-Spas und Wellness-Hotels) betriebswirtschaftlich so zu führen, dass beide Seiten davon profitieren.
