Deine Rolle strategisch, gestalterisch, zentral Als Head of Finance bernimmst du die Gesamtverantwortung fr unsere Finanzstrategie, den operativen Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung unseres Finanzbereichs. Du bist Sparringspartner:in der Geschftsfhrung und steuerst alle relevanten Finanzthemen von Budgetplanung ber Reporting bis hin zum Controlling und Accounting. Deine Bewerbung kann abhngig von Ihrer beruflichen Erfahrung und Qualifikation fr die Position des Head of Finance oder des Finance Director bercksichtigt werden. Aufgaben Strategische Finanz- und Budgetplanung fr das Gesamtunternehmen Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung des Controllings Erstellung und Pflege von Forecasts und Business Cases Reporting an Geschftsfhrung, Investoren und Gesellschafter Operatives Finanzcontrolling in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Projektverantwortlichen Leitung und Ausbau des Buchhaltungsteams Verantwortung fr Monats- und Jahresabschlsse Zusammenarbeit mit externen Steuerberatern Mitgestaltung bei der Unternehmensausrichtung und -strategie Qualifikationen 2-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Finanzbereich, Beratung, Investment Banking o.. Erfahrung im Aufbau oder der Skalierung von Startups von Vorteil Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL, Finance, Accounting o. .
