Management Coordinator

This position is responsible for processing samples for assigned tests in compliance with GMP, ISO, and other standards including test sample log in and accountability. The position also includes the ordering and receiving of supplies and reagents used by the laboratory. • Coordinates time and resources to ensure efficient processing of incoming projects. • Review projects to ensure paperwork is complete and accurate. • Responsible for the ordering and receiving of laboratory supplies and reagents. • Works with outside vendors as needed to mitigate any order/receiving issues with management help as required. • Uses laboratory inventory management system to maintain chain of custody of laboratory supplies and reagents. • Ability to work in a team environment and independently as required. • Performs job-specific tasks in compliance with applicable Regulations, International Standards, and WuXi AppTec Policies and Standard Operating Procedures. • Need to be able to clearly speak, read, write and understand English, German is a plus • Excel, Word, Outlook) • Knowledge of general research laboratory procedures, and GLP/GMP regulations • All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or protected veteran status and will not be discriminated against on the basis of disability Employees holding this position will be required to perform any other job-related duties as requested by Management.
