As HR Consultant you are part of our internal Human Resources department. You will be the main HR contact person for managers and employ
- Advise and support managers on all operational HR topics
- Support employees in all personnel-related issues
- Operational HR work in day-to-day business (e.g. contract and certification management)
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and evaluation of personnel key figures
- Cooperate with fellow HR departments (recruiting, personnel development, payroll)
- Improve and development HR processes
- Support regional and global HR projects in a dynamic environment, as our business units are constantly growing and changing
- + 5 years of professional experience in a relevant HR position
- International experience, ideally cooperating with APAC and/or EMEA regions
- Good knowledge of German labor and social security law as well as regional insights. Knowledge about the French market is considered a plus
- Very good MS-Office skills and ideally experience in SAP HCM
- Very good written and spoken English as well as good German, any other language is a plus
- Service- and team oriented working style as well as an open and friendly manner
