Deine Hauptverantwortlichkeiten: Einwaage und Herstellung von Rohstoffen gemäß Herstellanweisungen Bedienung verschiedener Abfüllanlagen inklusive Auftaueinheiten, Isolatoren, Bördelmaschinen und Gefriertrocknern Vorbereitung und Aufbau von Einweggeräten für die Formulierung und Abfüllung von Impfstoffen unter sterilen Bedingungen Elektronische Dokumentation und Materialmanagement für die Chargenproduktion gemäß GMP-Richtlinien Durchführung von Mikrobiologischem Monitoring und Steuerung von Autoklaven sowie Kleinteilewaschmaschine Reinigung und Desinfektion von Anlagen und Produktionsbereichen Mitarbeit an kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen zur Reduzierung von Ausfall- und Störzeiten sowie Unterstützung bei Validierungs- und Qualifizierungstätigkeiten Dein Profil: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Pharma- oder Lebensmittelindustrie, Chemie- oder Pharmatechnik Berufserfahrung in der Herstellung von sterilen Arzneimitteln Fundierte Kenntnisse im GMP-Umfeld Ausgeprägte Affinität für automatisierte Prozesse und die Motivation, dich darin einzuarbeiten Gründliche Arbeitsweise, die strengen Sicherheitsstandards und GMP-Richtlinien folgt, sowie ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit Gute Deutschkenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit PC-Anwendungen In dieser Position berichtest du an den Supervisor Lyophilisation.
