Rund 80 Prozent aller Mikrochips weltweit werden mit ZEISS Technologien gefertigt. Als Herzstück eines jeden elektronisch gesteuerten Systems sind sie aus unserem Alltag nicht mehr wegzudenken – egal ob im Smartphone, im Smart Home oder in Smart Factories. Als zentrale IT der SMT treiben wir die digitale Transformation des Unternehmens partnerschaftlich mit unseren Fachbereichen in zahlreichen Projekten tagtäglich voran. Der wichtigste Baustein für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung der Roadmap hin zum "Leading Edge" im Bereich IT und Digital sind großartige Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter, die mit voller Überzeugung und Freude am Job die Zukunft des Unternehmens gestalten wollen.

Für unseren Bereich IT Development im Manufacturing Umfeld suchen wir einen Lead Developer (m/w/x). Sie gestalten in konkreten Business-Projekten die Zukunft und Transformation der IT-Landschaft innerhalb der Manufacturing bzw. Factory Automation Domäne. Dies beinhaltet Fertigungssteuerungssysteme, Material- oder Datenlogistikapplikationen, Software zur Anbindung von Maschinen und fahrerlosen Transportsystemen.

  • einen guten Hochschulabschluss der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Mathematik, (Wirtschafts-) Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbares

  • praktische Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Softwareentwicklungsprojekten als Entwickler oder Software-Architekt

  • Kenntnisse moderner Entwicklungs- und Zusammenarbeitsmethoden wie Scrum und Kanban, sowie zugehörige Tools (z.B. Azure DevOps, Jira)

  • je nach späteren Themenfokus bringen Sie idealerweise Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung in .NET/C#, Java, Angular bzw. Cloud-Lösungen auf Microsoft Azure mit

  • ein sicheres Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke und Begeisterungsfähigkeit

  • eine hohe Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität

  • sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
