to join the Institute for Quality Development and Management (IQEM) in

Iserlohn . Duties:

Assist in central projects of the university with evaluations and quality management Participate in empirical social research and data analysis using SPSS Support in process management at IQEM Assist in organizing and conducting events Manage Moodle platform and institute's website Conduct literature research Requirements:

Completed degree in Social, Economic, or Humanities Sciences or equivalent Proficient in Microsoft Office, EvaSys, and SPSS Systematic and methodical approach Results-oriented Strong team player and communication skills Knowledge in the field of higher education is a plus Contract:

Part-time position at 75% according to the collective agreement for public service (TV-L), temporary contract. Salary based on TV-L group 11. Flexible working hours and location. Application:
