Werden Sie Teil unseres Teams bei der Stabsstelle Wirtschaft und Tourismus, Digitalisierung und Breitband. glichen Zeitpunkt bieten wir einen JoBB als Projektmanager*in (m/w/d) Digitalisierung für das Projekt "Zentrum Digitalisierung Region Stuttgart" (BB) an.

Das Zentrum Digitalisierung mit Sitz in Bör Unternehmen und Start-ups aus der Region Stuttgart rund um die Themen der Digitalisierung. br>Ihre Aufgaben sind insbesondere
  • Projektmanagement, Controlling und Reporting
  • Steuerung der projektinternen Kommunikation
  • Erstellen von Projektberichten und Nachweisen
  • Betreuung des CRM-Tools des ZD.BB (Bitrix24): Bearbeitung Kundenanfragen, Pflege Kundendatenbank, Management von Geschänen
  • Gestaltung / Layoutentwicklung von Marketingmaterialien und Aufbereitung von Bildmaterial
  • Maintenance der Unternehmenswebsite des ZD.BB (zd-bb.de) mit Veranstaltungskalender, Blog, Mediathek, YouTube-Kanal und Google-Unternehmenseintrag
  • Bewerbung von ZD.BB-Veranstaltungen auf sozialen Medien wie LinkedIn, Facebook und Instagram (Meta Business Manager)
  • Konzeption, Organisation und Marketing von Innovationsveranstaltungen des ZD.BB und Abstimmung mit Referentinnen und Referenten
  • Steuerung von externen Dienstleistern wie Catering oder Audio- und Videotechnik
  • Budgetverwaltung und Abstimmung von Verträgen
  • Bearbeitung und Koordination von Anfragen zur Digitalisierung von Unternehmen und GrüBachelor of Arts (Public Management), idealerweise Schwerpunkt Wirtschaft und Finanzen, oder vergleichbares Studium
  • Strukturiertes, eigenverantwortliches und selbststähigkeit
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Digitalisierung und Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement sind von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
