Ihre Aufgaben Als Global Commercial Project & Risk Management in der Projektabwicklung leiten und entwickeln Sie die globale Commercial Projektmanagement (CPM) -Organisation über alle Business Units von Voith Hydro hinweg. Sie übernehmen die Entwicklung und Umsetzung der globalen CPM Strategie im Einklang mit den Unternehmenszielen und Kundenerwartungen. Sie treiben die Standardisierung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von CPM Prozessen, -tools und KPIs in allen Operating Units voran. Zudem verantworten Sie die fachliche Führung der Business Units CPM’s in der globalen Matrixorganisation und Förderung von Best Practices und Wissensaustausch. Sie leisten Unterstützung und Eskalationsmanagement bei kritischen oder gefährdeten Projekten. Darüber hinaus sind Sie für den Aufbau und die Implementierung eines globalen Trainings- und Zertifizierungsprogramms für CPM zuständig. Des Weiteren gehört die Implementierung und Sicherstellung eines aktiven globalen Risk Management in der Projektabwicklung zu Ihren Aufgaben. Sie überwachen die Projektportfolio-Performance zusammen mit dem Global Head of Project und leisten regelmäßiges Reporting an das BoM. Abschließend tragen Sie zur Förderung einer Kultur der Excellence, Verantwortlichkeit, Transparenz und Kundenorientierung bei. Ihr Profil Überdurchschnittlich abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaft, der Volks- oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs. Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der kommerziellen Projektabwicklung oder Angebotsbearbeitung sowie 10-jährige Erfahrung in internationalen Projekten im Anlagenbau bringen Sie bereits mit sowie Leadership Skills in einer Linien- oder Matrix-Organisation. Kenntnisse im Contract- und Commercial Management idealerweise im Umfeld von EPC/EPCM-Projekten sowie Erfahrung in den gängigen Normen und Regularien (FIDIC, NEC etc.) können Sie vorweisen. Sie verfügen über Grundkenntnisse in den Bereichen Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, Buchhaltung, Controlling, Steuern und Versicherungen. Berührungspunkte mit Projektmanagementtools, Planungstools (z.B. Primavera) und SAP sind von Vorteil. Fließende Englischkenntnisse; Deutsch und andere Sprachen sind ein Pluspunkt. Eine pragmatische und lösungsorientierte Herangehensweise sowie Ihre gute persönliche Arbeitsorganisation zeichnen Sie genauso aus wie Ihre Eigeninitiative und Ihr kollaborativer Spirit. Sie sind generell bereit zu internationalen Dienstreisen (ca. 20%).
