Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in Vollzeit (40 Std./Woche) eine*n SAP Application Specialist Sales & Distribution (m/w/d) in unserem Geschäftsbereich IT & Digitales im IT-Cluster Interne Systeme am Standort Frankfurt am Main.

Der Geschäftsbereich IT & Digitales im DFB umfasst die vier Produkt-Cluster „Sport“, „Marketing“, „Interne Systeme“ und „Vereine/Verbände“. Die technische Umsetzung und der laufende Betrieb werden dabei vom Bereich Technologie & Betrieb verantwortet, der für die Bereitstellung technischer Expertise, die Sicherstellung der technischen Infrastruktur und den reibungslosen Ablauf zuständig ist.

Als SAP Application Specialist Sales & Distribution (m/w/d) bist du für einen Teil der Systeme und Applikationen des Clusters Interne Systeme zuständig. Für Dich stehen SAP Sales Cloud und SAP S/4 Public Cloud für den Vertrieb inkl. angebundener Systeme im Mittelpunkt. Du bist der wesentliche Knowhow-Träger für die fachliche und technische Funktionsweise der in den Vertriebsprozessen relevanten Applikationen. Du betreust SAP Sales Cloud sowie S/4 Public Cloud durch den kompletten Geschäftsprozess für alle Bereiche der DFB-Familie. Zusammen mit dem*der Product Architect bestimmst du zudem, wie Komponenten miteinander interagieren. Du hast darüber hinaus Aufgaben eines technischen Projektleitenden und koordinierst die technische Umsetzung.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Eigenständiges Betreuen und Administrieren von SAP S/4 mit Schwerpunkt Vertrieb sowie angebundener Drittsysteme und ihrer Schnittstellen
  • Aufnehmen von Kundenanforderungen sowie Konzipieren und Umsetzen dazugehöriger Lösungen (z.B. in Form von Customizing)
  • Aktives Mitwirken in Projekten und Prozessen zur Weiterentwicklung des End-to-End-Vertriebsprozesses (Konzeption, Customizing & Testing)
  • Prüfen sowie Begleiten der halbjährlichen Releases von SAP S/4 Public Cloud in Bezug auf Nutzen für den DFB und Auswirkungen auf aktuelle Prozesse
  • Steuern externer Dienstleister und Prüfen der Einhaltung von Service Level Agreements
  • Durchführen und Organisieren von Anwenderschulungen
  • Mitarbeit in den IT-Betriebsprozessen und Monitoring der Schnittstellen im Vertriebsprozess
Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem verwandten Bereich mit fachspezifischer Weiterbildung und Zertifizierung im SAP-Umfeld
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, davon mindestens zwei Jahre als SAP Consultant für Sales Cloud und / oder SAP SD
  • Erfahrung in der Konzeption und technischen Umsetzung von SAP/ SAP-nahen Lösungen
  • Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Cloud-Technologien, Systembetrieb auf Applikationsseite
  • Servicementalität sowie ein sicheres und souveränes Auftreten und sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
  • Starke mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie eine selbstständige, strukturierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise, um den DFB mit digitalem Fortschritt voranzubringen
  • Teamplayer mit offenem Mindset und pragmatischer Umsetzungsstärke
