Als Teilprojektleiter:in für die Implementierung unseres neuen ERP-Systems Oracle Cloud im Themengebiet „Procure to Pay“ koordinierst du die Anforderungsanalyse, sorgst für die Schulung der beteiligten Bereiche und stellst eine nahtlose Systemintegration sicher. Deine Fähigkeiten im Projektmanagement sind hierbei von zentraler Bedeutung. Anforderungen
  • Du verfügst über ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Digital Business oder Geschäftsprozessmanagement, oder besitzt eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Als Teamplayer:in mit zuverlässiger Arbeitsweise kommunizierst du aktiv mit allen Stakeholdern, um Erwartungen zu managen und wichtige Updates zu liefern. Auch auf Englisch kannst du komplexe Sachverhalte klar und verständlich kommunizieren.

    Für unsere neuen End-to-End Geschäftsprozesse suchen wir insgesamt 5Process Owner:innen.

    Im Rahmen unseres ERP-Einführungsprojektes Oracle Cloud obliegt dir die verantwortungsvolle Aufgabe der Teilprojektleitung für „deinen“ Prozess. Auch nach Abschluss des Projekts geht es weiter und du wirst fachbereichsübergreifend Ansprechpartner:in für den Prozess sein und diesen eigenverantwortlich weiterentwickeln.
