Als Senior IT Projektmanager (m/w/d) Order to Cash, bieten wir Dir ein hohes Maß an Gestaltungsfreiheit und Flexibilität, flache Hierarchien und vor allem die Möglichkeit, Deine Ideen in die Projekte mit einzubringen. Du entwickelst mit Deinem Team Projektlösungen und trägst so einen maßgeblichen Anteil an der kontinuierlichen Digitalisierung des Unternehmens. In der IT der Syna kannst Du Deine individuellen Fähigkeiten in einem familiären Umfeld optimal einsetzen. Hier haben wir einige Deiner zukünftigen Aufgaben aufgelistet:

  • Verantwortung für große IT Programme und Projekte: von der Initiierung, Planung, Koordination und Führung aller Ressourcen bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung
  • Etablieren von agilen Methoden in der Softwareentwicklung und -integration
  • Moderation von methodisch geführten Workshops
  • Vertretung der Süwag Gruppe in E.ON Konzernprojekten
  • Steuerung des Anforderungsportfolios in Deinem Aufgabenbereich
  • Fundierte Beratung der Fachbereiche in der Einführung von Best Practice Lösungen inkl. Prozessberatung
  • Beratung in technischen IT-Fragestellungen sowie Produktberatung
  • Planung und Koordination von externen Experten (Entwicklungspartnern) und Sicherung des Know-hows für die eigene IT-Organisation (für die spätere Anwendungsbetreuung und den Betrieb)
Du hast das gewisse Etwas, wenn Du:
  • Ein abgeschlossenes stellenspezifisches Studium (z.B. Dipl.-Informatiker/in oder Dipl.-Wirtschaftsingenieur/in) oder vergleichbare abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit fachlich orientierter Zusatzqualifikation hast
  • Mindestens 5-jährige Erfahrung im Bereich Projektmanagement Im Data Analytics sammeln konntest
  • Kommunikativ, kreativ, methodisch organisiert und zuverlässig bist
  • Mit Deiner Art Menschen begeisterst und sie in den Projekten mit mitnimmst
  • Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse der energiewirtschaftlichen Prozesse im Bereich Order to Cash
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Branchenlösungen SAP IS-U, Powercloud, Salesforce
  • Ausgewiesene Expertise in klassischen und vor allem agilen Projektmethoden besitzt
  • Idealerweise praktische Erfahrung als Scrum Master hast
  • Umfangreiche Kenntnisse im Programm- und Multiprojektmanagement mitbringst
  • Hohe Beraterkompetenz, analytisches Verständnis und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten zu Deiner Persönlichkeit gehören
