- Internationale Koordinierung von SAP Solution Manager 7.2 Anforderungen innerhalb des Konzerns sowie mit externen Dienstleistern
- Mitarbeit im 2nd/3rd Level Support
Die Position kann an den Standorten Berlin, Düsseldorf, Neuenstadt, Kassel, Kiel, Bremen und Unterlüß besetzt werden.
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Informationstechnischen oder betriebswirtschaftlichen Bereich oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Berufserfahrung in der Abstimmung, Konzeption, Koordination, Realisierung, Test und Dokumentation von Projekten im SAP Solution Manager 7.2 (ITSM, ChaRM, Release Management, Test Management, System Monitoring, System Recommendations, Configuration Validation, IT Calendar & Notifications, Solution Documentation
- Kenntnisse in der Basic Configuration, Infrastructure Preparation sowie im Managed System Setup von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse in der ABAP Dictionary/Development Workbench sowie im Test- und Releasemangement von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse in Focused Build von Vorteil
- Stark ausgeprägter Wille und Begeisterungsfähigkeit, einen professionellen Inhouse-Applikationsbetrieb und Projektsupport für das Thema SAP Solution Manager aufzubauen
- Gute Kommunikations-sowie Präsentationsfähigkeit (mündlich/schriftlich) in Englisch
- Interkulturelle Kompetenz, um in einem internationalen und deutschlandweit verteilten Team zu arbeiten
- Methodisches Wissen (idealerweise mit Zertifizierung) in den Bereichen ITIL von Vorteil
