Das Institut für Transfusionsmedizin in Berlin-Steglitz des DRK-Blutspendedienstes Nord-Ost sucht für die Leitung der Arbeitsgruppe "Engagement 2030", einem Projekt der zwischen dem DRK-Blutspendedienst und der Universität Hamburg bestehenden Forschungskooperation Gesundheitsmanagement, im Bereich Öffentlichkeitsarbeit / Spenderforschung zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Sie als

Postdoc Researcher (m/w/d) zur wissenschaftlichen Betreuung des Projektes "Engagement 2030"in Teilzeit (75 %) mit durchschnittlich 29,6 Std. / Woche, zunächst befristet auf 3 Jahre (Projektbefristung).

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Federführende Verantwortung für das Projekt "Engagement 2030" und Aufbau einer umfassenden Expertise in diesem Forschungsfeld
  • Leitung und Umsetzung zielführender Forschungsvorhaben im Rahmen des Projekts
  • Präsentation der Forschungsergebnisse auf nationalen / internationalen Konferenzen der Research Community
  • Veröffentlichung der Forschungsergebnisse in führenden internationalen Fachzeitschriften
  • Förderung eines Umfeldes des Wissensaustauschs und des gegenseitigen Wachstums innerhalb der Forschungskooperation
  • Anleitung von und Zusammenarbeit mit Promotionsstudierenden und Studierenden
Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes wissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium (Master oder vgl. im Bereich Wirtschafts-/ Sozialwissenschaften)
  • Abgeschlossene Promotion
  • Forschungserfahrung und -stärke
  • Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in Statistik und Forschungsmethoden
  • Fähigkeit zur konstruktiven und effektiven Arbeit in einem Forschungsteam
  • Ausgezeichnetes Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Selbständigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft sowie sicheres Auftreten
