Gronard GmbH is a leading manufacturer of bicycle stands, shelters, and urban furniture. With 75 years of experience, we have been a family-owned business in the East of Munich. Our in-house production covers all areas of metal construction, from mass production to individual solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate transport orders (Inbound and Outbound)
  • Communication and organization with suppliers, logistics companies, incoming and outgoing goods
  • Plan and monitor delivery/pick-up dates
  • Administer procurement and sales processes, including orders, invoicing, supplier invoices
  • Execute purchasing orders
  • Support cross-logistics projects in collaboration with colleagues
  • Check invoices for goods & logistics
Qualifications
  • Completed training as a shipping and logistics clerk or similar qualification
  • Several years of experience in dispatching, procurement logistics, or logistics
  • Proficient in German (C1) and English (B2)
