Du möchtest aus den Herausforderungen der Digitalisierung die Lösungen der Zukunft entstehen lassen und dein Wissen im SAP/ERP-Umfeld weiter ausbauen? Als IT Associate Enterprise Solutions (all genders) bei BCG Platinion spielst du eine zentrale Rolle bei der Unterstützung von Fragestellungen rund um ERP-Projekte - von der Strategieentwicklung über die Planung und Konzeption der Transformation bis hin zur Steuerung der erfolgreichen Implementierung. Du arbeitest gemeinsam mit Kolleg:innen der Boston Consulting Group auf (inter-)nationalen Projekten und berätst unsere Kunden von Team- bis auf Vorstandslevel.  Präge die Welt von morgen Du bist in die Konzeption und Durchführung quantitativer und qualitativer Analysen von Geschäftsprozessen eingebunden, um Wertpotentiale für unsere Kunden zu ermitteln Du entwickelst und definierst fachliche und technische ERP-Zielarchitekturen für umfassende IT-Landschaften unter Berücksichtigung innovativer Technologien und Branchentrends – inklusive Konzeption und Steuerung von Auswahlprozessen für Zielanwendungen   Du wirkst bei der Steuerung von komplexen ERP-Programmen mit und unterstützt bei der Auswahl und Steuerung von Systemintegrationspartnern sowie der passenden Softwarelösungen Du konzipierst gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden den Aufbau und die Planung globaler ERP Transformationsprojekte und stimmst diese mit diversen Stakeholdern auf allen Hierarchieebenen ab Du bereitest Lieferergebnisse eigenständig vor und stellst diese gemeinsam mit deinem Projektteam fertig, das umfasst zum Beispiel Fortschrittsberichte, Workshop-Materialien, fachliche und technische Konzepte Du bewertest laufende ERP-Projekte und -Systeme, leitest Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung ab und setzt diese um  Du machst den Unterschied Du hast dein Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL mit dem Schwerpunkt IT oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet erfolgreich abgeschlossen  Du bringst erste praktische Erfahrung in ERP/SAP-Projekten mit, z. B. durch ein duales Studium, Praktika oder studentische Nebentätigkeiten   Du bist bereit deine technische und fachliche Expertise im SAP/ERP-Umfeld weiter auszubauen  Du kannst auf sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Denkfähigkeiten zurückgreifen  Du hast eine starke Kunden- und Ergebnisorientierung sowie sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten  Du kannst dich fließend auf Deutsch und Englisch ausdrücken, sowohl in Wort als auch in Schrift Wie du bei uns wachsen kannst Individuelle Weiterbildungsangebote und eine offene Feedback-Kultur bieten dir den Rahmen, um deine eigenen Stärken zu entdecken und zu perfektionieren.
