Your tasks

• Carry out payroll runs within the scope of payroll accounting
• Manage programs for communication with authorities in SAP with the tax authorities, health insurance companies, pension providers and the employment agency
• Support with adjustments and the introduction of new data exchange procedures
• Create test cases and carry out relevant tests in the development systems
• Regularly check SAP notes for changes and errors
• Make minor customizing adjustments in the development system

Your profile

• Completed training as an IT specialist, business administrator for system management or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
• Good SAP application knowledge, especially in payroll accounting and communication with authorities
• Good knowledge of social insurance
• High IT affinity
• Analytical thinking skills
• Independent and committed way of working
