- Sie sind Teil des derzeit zweiköpfigen CRM-Teams im Referat „Z24 – Microsoft“ innerhalb des Bereichs „Managementsysteme und IT“.
- Als serviceverantwortliche Person und Lösungsarchitekt:in sind Sie zuständig für die technische Konzeptionierung und strategische Weiterentwicklung von passgenauen Lösungen wie auch die Konfiguration und Administration der Systemkomponenten auf Basis von Microsoft Dynamics und Power Plattform mit Schwerpunkt Kontaktmanagement.
- Sie übernehmen die technische Analyse und Bewertung der fachlichen, zum Teil komplexen Anforderungen und sind für die Umsetzung der Change Requests mit Blick auf die Gesamtlösungsarchitektur verantwortlich. Neben der Beratung zu technischen Fragestellungen erstellen Sie auch die technische Dokumentation für das System. Sie begleiten die Testphasen und die Produktivsetzung von Applikationen vor.
- Weiterhin koordinieren Sie den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung des DAAD Identity und Access Management Systems (IAM) für externe Nutzer:innen auf Basis von Microsoft Azure B2C. Hierzu gehören auch die Planung und Steuerung der Anbindung neuer Service Provider. Sie übernehmen die technische Projektleitung bei der Weiterentwicklung technischer Lösungskomponenten der Systeme und der darunterliegenden SQL-Datenbanken und Schnittstellen zu weiteren internen Systemen (u. a. SAP) und arbeiten dabei eng mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen anderer (Nicht-IT-)Fachbereiche zusammen.
- Sie werden in allen Bereichen durch Dienstleister unterstützt und steuern die Zusammenarbeit.
- Einschlägiges abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (z. B. Bachelor) in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder im naturwissenschaftlichen oder technischen Bereich (z. B. Mathematik, Elektronik, Elektrotechnik o. Ä.) oder in Betriebswirtschaft / Volkswirtschaft *
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse von Kontaktmanagementsystemen (CRM), vorzugsweise Microsoft Dynamics und Power Plattform (Power Apps, PowerBI, Power Automate)
- Gute Kenntnisse der Microsoft-Produktlandschaft, sicherer Umgang und Erfahrungen mit SQL, vorzugsweise Microsoft SQL-Server und Microsoft Visual Studio
- Erfahrungen in der Leitung von IT-Projekten, Einführung von IT-Systemen / -Anwendungen und Steuerung von IT-Dienstleistern
- Sicheres Auftreten und eine sehr gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
- Selbständige Arbeitsweise und Organisationsvermögen sowie Anpassungsfähigkeit
- Sorgfalt im Umgang mit Personendaten
*Sollten Sie nicht über einen Abschluss (Ausbildung / Studium) im IT-Bereich verfügen, erfolgt die Eingruppierung eine Entgeltgruppe niedriger (gem. § 12 TV EntgO Bund).
