Für unsere strategische Geschäftseinheit Semiconductor Mask Solutions (SMS) suchen wir zum nächst möglichen Zeitpunkt einen "HUB Manager Operations (m/w/x)" am Standort Jena.

  • Planung und Steuerung der SMT-eigenen Läger

  • Technische Abstimmung IT-Schnittstellen

  • Erstellung der monatlichen Reports und Tracking der KPIs für die Läger

  • Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachverfolgung der Quarterly Business Reviews mit den Dienstleistern

  • Identifikation strategischer Entwicklungspotentiale mit dem Dienstleister

  • Aktives Einfordern und Nachhalten von Verbesserungen bei externen Dienstleistern

  • Monitoring der IT-Schnittstellen

  • Eigenständige Planung und Optimierung des Vertriebsnetzwerkes für Ersatzteile der SMS

  • Planung, Steuerung und Durchführung der Jahresinventuren in Absprache mit den Dienstleistern in englischer Sprache

  • Auswahl, Qualifikation und Betreuung geeigneter Dienstleister in Absprache mit Zentralabteilungen und relevanten internen Schnittstellen (z.B. Produktion, Entwicklung, Qualität)


  • mind. 4-jähriges Hochschulstudium oder abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit zusätzlicher Weiterbildung und Berufserfahrung im Bereich Supply Chain Management oder Logistik

  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb

  • fließende Englischkenntnisse

  • sehr gute SAP-Kenntnisse

  • Problemlösungskompetenz

  • Teamfähigkeit
