Deine Aufgaben Weiterentwicklung unseres RAG-Systems als Teil der Produktentwicklung: Evaluierung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Systemarchitektur Optimierung und Erweiterung der Retrieval-Komponenten (Dense & Sparse Search) Prompt-Engineering und Fine-Tuning für generative Modelle Einsatz von Dense Vector Search und modernen Re-Ranking-Methoden Integration von Agentic AI-Ansätzen und Reasoning-Strategien Einbindung und Nutzung von Knowledge Graphen Kooperation mit Forschungseinrichtungen zur Übertragung neuester wissenschaftlicher Erkenntnisse in die Praxis Prototyping & Experimentieren mit neuen Technologien (z. B. LLMOps, Evaluation Frameworks, multimodale RAG-Ansätze) Mitarbeit an innovativen Kundenprojekten im Bereich Behörden, Verwaltung und Industrie Dein Profil Fundierte Kenntnisse in aktuellen KI-Technologien (z. B. LLMs, Embeddings, RAG, Vector Search) und/oder klassischer Suchtechnologien (z. B. Lucene, OpenSearch, Elasticsearch, Solr) Praktische Programmiererfahrung in Java, Javascript / Typescript oder Python Analytische Denkweise, hohe Problemlösekompetenz und pragmatisches Handeln Bereitschaft zum kontinuierlichen Lernen im dynamischen KI-Umfeld Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2) oder alternativ Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Warum wir?
