Ich werde Teil der Grid Analysis Product Line und entwickle das Next Generation Netzleitsystem für die digitale Energiewende.


Das macht den Job für mich interessant: 50Hertz entwickelt das Next Generation Control Center Ecosystem (Modular Control Center System), um die Digitalisierungsanforderungen durch die Energiewende meistern zu können. Ich gestalte mit uns diesen Wandel und begleite unmittelbar die damit verbundenen Entwicklung von Lösungen, die z.B. Windparks oder Transformatoren automatisch, basierend auf Optimierungsergebnissen, steuern und regeln. Diese Produkte erleichtern den Arbeitsalltag unserer Operatoren und stellen sicher, dass so viel wie möglich an Erneuerbarer Energie in unser Netz eingespeist werden kann.
Im Team „Optimization and Automation“ wird die Basis für die entsprechenden Werkzeuge und Prozesse entwickelt. Das Optimierungsframework soll hoch skalierbar und parametrierbar sein, um es auf verschiedenste Anwendungsfälle sowohl in Echtzeit als auch im prädiktiven Zeitbereich anwenden zu können.


Meine Aufgaben

  • Gestaltung bzw. Weiterentwicklung der Vision und Roadmap der Produkte im Kontext von „Optimization and Automation“,
  • Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung und den Betrieb (You build it, you run it) der Software und der Prozesse rund um „Optimization and Automation“ für die 50Hertz und die Elia Systemführung,
  • Verantwortung für den Backlog, das Erstellen von User Stories, die Abstimmung mit anderen Teams und die Präsentation in Sprint Reviews gemeinsam mit dem Team,
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwickler*innen, Architekt*innen, Anwender*innen und Fachspezialist*innen sowie den anderen Product Teams des Product Clusters,
  • Kommunikationsschnittstelle zwischen den Entwicklern*innen und Stakeholdern,
  • Planen, Treiben und Durchführen von Proof of Concepts, MVPs, sowie Analyse von potenziellen technischen Lösungsansätzen,
  • Erstellung, Abstimmung und Pflege von Roadmaps, Release-Plänen sowie der Betriebsplanung des entwickelten Produkts.


Meine Kompetenzen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Ingenieurswissenschaften, Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Physik,
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Product Owner oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle,
  • Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in agilen Methoden, insbesondere Scrum bzw. ,
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Software für technische Anwendungen im Bereich Optimierung und Automatisierung, oder im Bereich Stromnetze/ SCADA,
  • Erfahrung im Parametrieren und Testen von Optimierungslösungen für nicht-lineare Probleme die auch diskrete Entscheidungsvariablen beinhalten,
  • Grundlegendes Verständnis im Bereich Regelungstechnik,
  • Grundlegendes Verständnis von Netzberechnungen wie Lastfluss oder Optimal-Power-Flow,
  • Analytisches und strategisches Denkvermögen und ein hohes Maß an Selbständigkeit und Eigeninitiative,
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Sachverhalte verständlich zu visualisieren und zu erklären,
  • Entrepreneurship mit Kreativität für neue Lösungsansätze bzw. einem lösungsorientierten Produktdenken,
  • Bereitschaft als Teamplayerandere Teams zu motivieren und mit dem eigenen Wissen zu unterstützten,
  • Hohes Maß an Lernbereitschaft und Bereitschaft sich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten,
  • Sprachen: Deutsch und Englisch (B2).


Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:

  • Idealerweise: Schulungen / Zertfikate zu SCRUM und/oder SAFe,
  • Erfahrung mit CIM/CGMES,
  • Erfahrung mit PandaPower,
  • Erfahrung mit AMPL.
