Das ist Ihr neues Aufgabengebiet
  • Verantwortung für die Einkaufsabteilung Opex an den Standorten Hanau und Bad Säckingen / Rheinfelden
  • Verantwortung für den Source-to-Pay Process und das Supplier Relationship Management
  • Leitung und Umsetzung von Optimierungs- und Einsatzprozessen
  • Definition von Ist- und Sollzuständen der einzelnen Materialkategorien
  • Erstellen von Kontrakten und Bestellungen für Materialien, Dienstleistungen und Investitionen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im globalen Einkaufsnetzwerk durch Austausch von „best practice“ und bei der Festlegung von Einkaufsmaßstäben
  • Sicherstellung einer frühen Einbindung des Einkaufs in den Beschaffungsprozess
  • Einbindung als Schnittstelle zu den Fachabteilungen
  • Gelegentlich Reisetätigkeit und Mitarbeit in internationalen Teams
Das bringen Sie mit
  • Abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches Studium (Diplom, Master) Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Funktion
  • Erfahrung in Teamführung und -weiterentwicklung
  • Kenntnisse des Supplier Relation Management Systems (SRM) von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Kommunikations- und verhandlungsstarke Persönlichkeit
  • Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und engagierte Arbeitsweise
