Embedded Systems ECU Hardware Tech Lead (m/w/d)

  • Führung und Koordination externer Entwicklungsdienstleister für Embedded-System-ECUs
  • Analyse technischer Anforderungen auf System- und Software-Ebene sowie Erstellung technischer Spezifikationen für ECUs
  • Auswahl, Auditierung, Onboarding und Offboarding sowie Management externer Entwicklungs- und Produktionspartner für ECU EMS
  • Entwicklung und Bewertung interner und externer ECU-Konzepte basierend auf E/E-System- und Software-Anforderungen sowie Spezifikation der Embedded-Software-Schnittstellen (HW-SW-Interfaces, Peripherie, I/O, HW-Treiber, Safety, Security, State-Management, Bootup, Shutdown, Stacks)
  • Konzeption, Spezifikation und Steuerung von Design-Validation-Tests (DVT) und Production-Validation-Tests (PVT) für ECUs, einschließlich Ableitung von Anforderungen an die Embedded Software und Abstimmung von Softwarelieferungen im Entwicklungsprozess
  • Abstimmung, Konzeption und Spezifikation von ICT-, FCT- und EOL-Tests für extern gefertigte ECUs unter Berücksichtigung von Functional Safety und Cyber Security
    • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
    • Mehrjährige (5+) Berufspraxis in der Entwicklung von ECUs im Automotive-, Aerospace- oder Industrieumfeld, insbesondere in der Embedded-Software-Entwicklung
    • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen ECU-EMS-Providern, einschließlich Auditierung und Management von Entwicklungsprozessen
    • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Spezifikation und Durchführung von Design- und Produktionsvalidierungstests (DVT/PVT) sowie von ICT-, FCT- und EOL-Tests für ECUs
    • Erfahrung in dynamischen Projektumfeldern und Unternehmen im Wandel
    • Hohe Eigeninitiative, unternehmerisches Denken und strukturierte, analytische Arbeitsweise
    • Überzeugende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
