Projektmanager (m/w/d) für die Steuerung der Errichtung von PV-Anlagen im
Einzelhandels-Umfeld

Die GARBE Renewable Energy – GREEN GmbH entwickelt und betreibt Aufdach-Photovoltaikanlagen auf großflächigen Logistik- und Gewerbeimmobilien. p>

Zum Aufbau dieses Bereiches, zur raschen Projektentwicklung und Steuerung der Anlagenerrichtung im Rahmen eines großflächigen Rollouts, suchen wir engagierte Personen in der Rolle “Projektmanager (m/w/d) für die Steuerung der Errichtung von PV-Anlagen im Einzelhandelsumfeld“.

Die Aufgabe
  • Entwicklung der Projekte zur Baureife und schließen aller relevanten Verträge
  • enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Assetmanagement des Eigentümers und Einbeziehung aller Stakeholder (EPC, EVU, Netzbetreiber, Mieter, Statiker etc.)
  • Beschaffung der Planungen beim EPC
  • Erstellen der projektspezifischen Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnungen und Liquiditätsplanungen
  • Vorbereitung der Vergaben an die EPCs
  • Übergeordnete proaktive technische und kaufmännische Steuerung des Baus im Rahmen der seriellen Errichtung von PV-Dachanlagen (jeweils ca. 80-250 kWp) in Deutschland
  • Leitende Überwachung des Ausbaufortschritts der ausführenden EPCs und Nachhalten des Zeitplans
  • Besondere Berücksichtigung der Mieterinteressen in der Bauphase
  • Management von Budget, Kosten, Nachträgen etc. für die übernommenen Projekte
  • komplette und eigenständige Verantwortung für die übernommenen Projekte bis zur Schlussabrechnung nach der Inbetriebnahme und Übergabe ins Asset Management
Ihr Profil
  • Berufserfahrung in der Projektentwicklung/-abwicklung von PV-Dachprojekten oder anderen vergleichbaren Projekten, idealerweise in Rollout-Strukturen oder im Einzelhandelsumfeld
  • Erfahrungen in der PV Regulatorik (EEG, Netzbetreiber, etc.)
  • Kenntnis des deutschen Solar- und Strommarktes
  • Ausgeprägte Kompetenz in Steuerung und Effizienzsteigerung von baulichen Rollout Prozessen
  • Sehr hohe intrinsische Motivation, Eigeninitiative und ausgeprägter Wille Projekte umzusetzen und abzuschließen
  • Kaufmännisches Verständnis und ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
  • Hands-on Mentalität
