Vielfältige Aufgaben- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für IT Vorhaben, indem du selbst die Rollen des Requirements Engineers, Business Analyst*in und Solution Architekt*in einnimmst oder entsprechende Kolleg*innen einbindest und steuerst.
- Du begleitest die Initiativen von der Ideation über die Validation bis zur Implementation.
- Du steuerst Changes in dem du bei korrektiven Veränderungen die Aufgaben im Projektmanagement, Requirements-Engineering und Lösungsdesign selbständig übernimmst und die Umsetzung aktiv steuerst.
- Du bist das Bindeglied zwischen den fachlichen Applikationsverantwortlichen, Product Ownern oder Anwender*innen, den internen Compliance relevanten Gremien und den internen und externen Providern.
- Im Sinne unserer Geschäftspartner setzt du dich für eine kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Optimierung unserer IT-Services ein und gestaltest diese mit.
- Du sorgst bei der Auswahl von Lösungen und durch die Begleitung des Lösungsdesign für die Einhaltung relevanter IT-Architekturprinzipien, insbesondere in Bezug auf Integrationsfähigkeit und Wiederverwendung über die gesamte Wertschöpfungskette der Erzeugung.
- Deine theoretischen Skills bringst du aus einem abgeschlossenen Studium der Informatik/Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation mit.
- Du hast Methodenkompetenz und praktische Erfahrung im IT Projektmanagement, Requirements-Engineering und Service-Management in klassischen sowie agilen Vorgehensmodellen.
- Du bist ein*e eigenverantwortliche*r Generalist*in, der/die sich vollumfänglich für seine IT-Vorhaben verantwortlich fühlt.
- Du kennst aktuelle Cloud-Angebote, moderne Architektur Pattern und kannst diese effizient in den Projekten anwenden.
- Du besitzt konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie analytisches Denkvermögen und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und verfügst darüber hinaus über ein hohes Maß an intrinsischer Motivation, Eigeninitiative, Entscheidungsfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit.
- Du hast Erfahrungen bei der Arbeit in (Groß-) Projekten.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse komplettieren dein Profil.
