A job that inspires you Talent Strategy: You support the development of the Talent Evolution Strategy – our new Talent Design concept – and contribute to shaping future talent initiatives across the organization (e.g., researching and benchmarking best-in-class approaches, steering and tracking KPIs) Talent Processes: You help prepare the execution of our Talent Rollout, including processes around talent identification and development, such as diagnostics, talent pools, and programs Content Creation: You assist with content planning and creation related to talent topics and strategic initiatives Internal Communications: You contribute to internal communications activities, including writing and editing texts and blog posts, and preparing visuals for internal communication channels A convincing background You have a passion for finding creative solutions that offer our customers real added value while building strong, trusting relationships.
