- Analysenbasierte, strategische und inhaltliche Entwicklung von kanal- und kundenspezifischen Produkten und Projektmanagement im Exekutionsprozess für Produkt und Verpackung
- Mitverantwortung bei der Weiterentwicklung der kanalspezifischen Portfoliostrategie und Sortimentsplanung
- Generierung von Channel- und Kategorie-Insights
- Durchführung von Wettbewerbsbeobachtungen zur Identifikation von Wachstumspotenzialen und Innovationsmöglichkeiten
- Überwachung der kanal-/kundenspezifischen Leistungskennzahlen, Erfolgsrechnung und Analyse der Daten zur Steigerung der Regalmeterproduktivität
- Kontinuierliche Kontrolle und Optimierung des bestehenden kanal-/kundenspezifischen Sortiments
- Roadshows und Sonderflächen: Entwicklung, Planung, Umsetzung und Analyse von temporären Flächen am stationären POS zur Steigerung von Markenbekanntheit und Sell-Out
- Tailor Made Shops & Activities: Entwicklung, Planung, Umsetzung und Analyse von individuellen permanenten und temporären Shop-in-Shop Lösungen am stationären POS
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Marketing/Kommunikation oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
- Du hast Spaß am Projektmanagement und verfügst über eine ausgeprägte Prozess- und Ergebnisorientierung
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung im Category Management
- Du hast eine Affinität zu Zahlen und Analysen und arbeitest gerne mit anderen Abteilungen zusammen
- Du bist ein Teamplayer mit positiver Einstellung und einer Bereitschaft, zu lernen und mit deinen Aufgaben zu wachsen
- Du bist in der Lage, dich an ein schnelllebiges und dynamisches Arbeitsumfeld anzupassen
- Du arbeitest selbstständig und lösungsorientiert und hast Freude am Umgang mit Kunden/Kundinnen und Kollegen/Kolleginnen
