Als Teil des „Office to the CIO“ verantworten und steuern Sie gemeinsam mit dem Team die Optimierung und Nachhaltigkeit von Prozessen und liefern so IT-Services, die Freude machen.

Unser Mix, der Sie erwartet:
  • Als neue, zentrale Funktion unterstützen Sie den Aufbau unseres IT Business Partnerings hinsichtlich der Koordination und Steuerung aller relevanten Change-Aktivitäten zwischen den globalen IT-Bereichen und unseren Stakeholdern, wie Fachbereiche, Kunden sowie Lieferanten
  • Sie steuern zentral das globale Projektportfolio Management der IT – als Teilfunktion des IT Business Partnerings
  • Ebenso koordinieren Sie die standardisierte und zentralisierte Erfassung von Projektanträgen in der IT und stellen die Vollständigkeit des Projektportfolios sicher
  • Zudem sorgen Sie dafür, dass der aktuelle Status des Projektportfolios in Dashboards visualisiert sowie regelmäßig unseren verschiedenen Stakeholdern zur Verfügung steht
  • Sie unterstützen bei der Etablierung eines IT Demand Managements, dass dazu verhilft, Empfehlungen zur Ausrichtung der Organisation mit Blick auf zukünftige Anforderungen auszusprechen
  • Zu alledem bauen Sie bestehende Kommunikationsformate aus, moderieren interne Communities und tragen dazu bei, dass unsere digitale Transformation Begeisterung im Unternehmen entfacht
Zutaten, die Sie mitbringen:
  • Ihr abgeschlossenes Studium der BWL / (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder vergleichbar, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt auf Organisationsentwicklung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im PMO oder PPM, idealerweise als Management Consultant, aus der Ihre fundierten Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement und in agilen Arbeitsweisen resultieren
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Excel und Teams sowie idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit SAP S/4 HANA
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Administration von Projektmanagementsoftware, wie MS Dynamics, Atlassian Jira & Confluence und IT Service Plattformen wie ServiceNow
  • Ihre zielgenaue Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch rundet Ihr Profil ab
