- Leiter PMO Project Management Office (m/w/d) im Fahrzeugbau

Das PMO, Projekt Management Office, des Unternehmens ist noch im Aufbau, aber mit aktuell drei Mitarbeitenden in Teilbereichen schon einsatzfähig. Zur strategischen, inhaltlichen und personellen Weiterentwicklung des PMO und tieferen Verankerung innerhalb der Unternehmensprozesse suchen wir eine Persönlichkeit für folgende Aufgaben: Ihre Aufgaben

Entwicklung und Implementierung der PMO-Strategie in Übereinstimmung mit den Unternehmenszielen. Sicherstellung der Ausrichtung aller Projekte an den strategischen Zielen des Unternehmens. Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Projektmanagement-Standards, -Methoden und -Tools im gesamten Unternehmen. Sicherstellung der Einhaltung dieser Standards durch Schulungen und Audits. Planung von Ressourcen für die unterschiedlichen Projekte. Optimierung der Ressourcennutzung zur Maximierung der Effizienz und Effektivität. Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung eines Projektcontrolling-Systems zur Überwachung des Projektfortschritts. Monatliche Berichterstattung an die Geschäftsführung über den Status, Risiken und Chancen der Projekte. Identifizierung potenzieller Projektrisiken und Entwicklung von Risikomanagementstrategien. Sicherstellung der Kommunikation zu allen relevanten Stakeholdern. Sicherstellung einer transparenten und effektiven Kommunikation über den Projektstatus im Rahmen des Shopfloormanagements. Führung und Befähigung des PMO-Teams zur Erreichung der Projektziele. Erstellung und Überwachung des PMO-Budgets.

Ihre Qualifikationen

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Projektmanagement, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einer verwandten Disziplin Zertifizierungen im Projektmanagement (z.B. PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) sind von Vorteil Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der erfolgreichen Leitung von komplexen Projekten Tiefgehendes Verständnis von Projektmanagement-Methoden und -Tools Kenntnisse im Bereich Change Management und Prozessoptimierung sind von Vorteil Mindestens 3 Jahre Führungserfahrung in einem relevanten Umfeld Hervorragende Kommunikations-, Präsentations- und Umsetzungsfähigkeiten Starke analytische und problemlösende Fähigkeiten Hohe Organisationsfähigkeit und Detailgenauigkeit Teamfähigkeit und soziale Kompetenz Proaktive und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Flexibilität und Anpassungsfähigkeit in einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld Wohnhaft in der Region oder Umzugsbereit
