Head of Supply Planning

Your mission
- Lead and develop the Supply Planning team to ensure efficient and reliable planning of factory production, materials and capacity
- Collaborate closely with purchasing, production, and logistics departments to ensure a smooth flow of goods, align on service levels, minimum order quantities and delivery performance
- Develop and align changes to the production schedule when demand or supply deviates from plan.
- Establish critical inventory parameters - such as ABC classification and safety stock settings, replenishment quantity and launch quantity - considering constraints and inputs variability, such as lead time and order cycle time.
- Identify possible future capacity constraints and bottlenecks in the supply base, develop solutions to improve
- Work closely with product development and reflect launch plans into material requirements plans
- Monitor KPIs within supply planning and ensure that goals are met
- Lead and develop a high-performing team in supply chain planning
Your experience & skills
- Degree in engineering, supply chain management or a related field
- Several years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the food industry or a related sector
- Ability to use and develop production/capacity/material planning systems and solutions
- Proven success in managing and optimizing supply chains and planning processes
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
- Leadership experience and the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strong problem-solving mindset
- Fluent in both German and English
- Several years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the food industry or a related sector

Your mission
