Dreh- und Angelpunkt: Du orchestrierst die Needs unserer Studiowelt und unseres Managements und formulierst Entscheidungsgrundlagen zur Verbesserung der Geschäftsprozesse. Teamwork & Kommunikation: Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Studios und wichtige Schnittstelle zu Marketing, Einkauf, IT & Facility Management u.v.m. Du förderst eine effektive Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Teams zur Erreichung gemeinsamer Ziele. Projektmanagement & -koordination: Du entwirfst Projektideen und holst die wesentlichen Beteiligte ins Boot. Dabei leitest und koordinierst du die Projekte zur Implementierung neuer Prozesse, Technologien oder Systeme. WAS UNS ÜBERZEUGT Du bist: ein Kommunikationsprofi mit Charme und kannst auf Augenhöhe mit verschiedenen Stakeholderinnen interagieren zur professionellen Aussteuerung von Projekten im Sinne aller Beteiligten. Dein Know-How: umfasst einen breiten Erfahrungsschatz von mindestens 3 Jahren in komplexen Systemen (z. B. Filialstrukturen). Du konntest bereits nennenswerte Prozesse/Projekte zur Effizienzsteigerung optimieren und hast deine eigenen lessons learnt in petto. Dein Arbeitsstil: ist geprägt von einem hohem Qualitätsanspruch.
