Die nordrhein-westfälische Stiftung Industriedenkmalpflege und Geschichtskultur wurde im Jahre 1995 vom Land Nordrhein-Westfalen und der RAG Aktiengesellschaft gegründet. Bundesweit ist es die erste Stiftung, die sich für den Erhalt von hochrangigen Industriedenkmalen einsetzt, mit dem Ziel, diese vor dem Abriss zu bewahren, zu sichern, wissenschaftlich zu erforschen, öffentlich zugänglich zu machen und sie einer neuen, denkmalgerechten Nutzung zuzuführen. Die Stiftung betreut derzeit zwölf Denkmalstandorte in Nordrhein-Westfalen, darunter eine Kokerei sowie Anlagen des Steinkohlenbergbaus und ein frühindustrielles Technikdenkmal.

Für unser Team suchen wir im Bereich der Praktischen Denkmalpflege | Technik zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt zwei

Bau- / Projektleiter (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Mitarbeit bei der Maßnahmenplanung für Sicherungs- und Sanierungsprojekte unter Berücksichtigung verschiedener zur Verfügung stehender Budgets
  • Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen für Sicherungs- und Sanierungsmaßnahmen
  • Maßnahmenüberwachung zugewiesener Projekte in Bezug auf die sach-, budget- und termingerechte Planung
  • Bauleitung und Überwachung der Ausführungsqualität
  • Aufmaß- und Rechnungsprüfung
  • Durchführung von Abnahmen sowie Steuerung der Mängelbeseitigung
  • Übernahme nicht delegierbarer Bauherrenaufgaben
  • Kooperation mit beauftragten Planungsbüros im Rahmen der Durchführung von Projekten
  • Abstimmung der Maßnahmen mit den zuständigen Denkmalbehörden
  • Mitwirkung bei der Jahresmaßnahmenplanung für die Standorte der Industriedenkmalstiftung

Ihr Profil
  • Techniker:in, Meister:in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation in der Baubranche
  • praktische Erfahrung in der Bauleitung und entsprechende Durchsetzungskompetenz
  • gute Kenntnis der ‚Allgemein anerkannten Regeln der Technik‘, der VOB, der HOAI
  • Kosten- /Terminbewusstsein
  • sichere Anwendung der gängigen EDV-Systeme (MS Office)
  • selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • gute Auffassungsgabe
  • Führerschein Klasse B
