Im Sortimentsbereich Textil dreht sich alles rund um die attraktive Sortimentsgestaltung und die Weiterentwicklung unserer Eigenmarken Alana, Pusblu, Fascino sowie der Industriemarken. Damit unseren Kunden das passende Sortiment in den Filialen und im Onlineshop angeboten wird, analysieren wir die Abverkaufs- und Kundendaten, auch im Rahmen von interdisziplinären Projekten. Im Fokus steht für uns immer ein nachhaltiger Produktlebenszyklus mit dem Ziel, unsere Kunden mit kreativen Sortimentsideen zu begeistern und ansprechende Einkaufserlebnisse zu bieten.
Das Team M+B Textil-Systeme ist verantwortlich für die systemseitigen Prozesse und deren Optimierung. Zusätzlich werden die Textil-Artikel von der Ein- bis zur Auslistung in Bezug auf die Stammdatenpflege, Disposition und Distribution betreut. Ihre Aufgaben
- Fachliche Betreuung (First-Level-Support) und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen im Product Lifecycle Management System (PLM)
- Mitarbeit in Projekten und/ oder Vorhaben zur Abdeckung der systemseitigen fachlichen Anforderungen
- Ein- und Auslistungen von Artikeln in SAP, Stammdatenpflege sowie Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Listungsprozessen
- Durchführung von Systemtests sowie kontinuierliche Dokumentation von Prozessen und Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen für die Systempflege
- Ansprechpartner rund um das PLM-System und SAP sowie Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Trainings für interne Zielgruppen
- Distribution der Textilien an die dm-Filialen über SAP sowie Betreuung und Erstellung von Analysen in MicroStrategy (Data Warehouse)
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Schnittstellen wie dem Sortiment, Logistik, Produktmanagement und unserer IT-Tochter dmTECH
- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium und/ oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung
- IT-Affinität und Kenntnisse in SAP R/3 und/ oder eines PLM-Systems wünschenswert
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit der Fähigkeit situationsbedingt zu priorisieren
- Spaß an der Lösung komplexer Sachverhalte und Zusammenhänge
