  • Entwicklung und Erstellung geeigneter Kommunikations- und Marketingmaßnahmen in Bezug auf COLOURS-Aktivitäten und Veranstaltungen an der Universität Paderborn und in der Region unter strategischer Leitung des COLOURS Implementation Office Lead (CIO Lead) und in Abstimmung mit der Stabsstelle Presse, Kommunikation und Marketing (PKM); u. a.:
    • Verfassen und Redigieren von Pressemitteilungen; Aufbau von Kontakten zu (internationalen) Medien, Beantwortung von Medienanfragen
    • Ausbau, Redaktion und Pflege der UPB-internen COLOURS-Webseite, Termin- und Eventkalenderpflege sowie Verfassen von Beiträgen für den News-Bereich
    • Erstellung redaktioneller Text- und Bildbeiträge auf der zentralen COLOURS-Allianz-Webseite
    • Planung und Durchführung von COLOURS-Veranstaltungen; Unterstützung des CIO und COLOURS Coordination and Support Office (CSO) bei der kommunikativen Begleitung von COLOURS-Events (Workshops, Info-Veranstaltungen, CoLabs, Hackathons)
    • Erstellung und Veröffentlichung relevanter COLOURS-bezogener Inhalte auf UPB-eigenen, sowie den zentralen Social-Media-Kanälen von COLOURS (u. a. LinkedIn)
    • Entwerfen und Erstellen von Flyern, Broschüren und Plakaten für COLOURS-Veranstaltungen in deutscher und englischer Sprache, auch in Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing-Agenturen
  • Enge Abstimmung mit dem CIO Lead, Quality Officer und Financial Officer in Bezug auf die Er- und Bearbeitung von Tasks, Deliverables und Milestones sowie das begleitende Berichtswesen und Budgetabstimmung im Bereich Kommunikation (Arbeitspaket 6/11) für die UPB
Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossenes wissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium im Bereich Kommunikation, Journalismus, Public Relations oder vergleichbaren Bereichen
  • Ausgezeichnetes Sprachgefühl, nachweisliche Berufserfahrung in Presse- und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit, Wissenschafts- oder Unternehmenskommunikation, sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse im Wort und Schrift
  • Erfahrungen der Kommunikationsarbeit in internationalen wissenschaftlichen (Verbund-)Projekten oder vergleichbare Kenntnisse
  • Erfahrungen mit Content-Managementsystemen wie z. B. Typo3, Bildbearbeitungsprogrammen sowie der Erstellung von Flyern und Info-Materialien (etwa InDesign)
  • Sehr gute Fähigkeiten zur Kommunikation mit unterschiedlichen Zielgruppen und Stakeholdern
  • Ausgeprägte konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte allgemeinverständlich in (vorwiegend) englischer Sprache aufzubereiten
