Prozess Engineer

Your future tasks: You will be responsible for technical standards such as process flow charts, WMS dashboards, time measurements and technical drawings You will provide feasibility assessments and business cases by analysing current intralogistic processes, identifying bottlenecks and solutions to improve the overall efficiency of the fulfilment centre You will be the project manager for improvement projects in a specific area of the fulfilment centre, organising the project using standard documents such as a project plan, stakeholder management, etc You will apply lean management philosophy to all your projects You will consult your colleagues in logistics operations with assessments to make smart decisions and meet KPIs and SLAs Your ideal profile: Degree in the STEM field (logistics, engineering, economics, industrial engineering or similar) Experience in logistics or intralogistics, engineering, lean management Experience in project management methodologies and lean tools Experience in agile management is beneficial Strong analytical skills A solution-oriented, communicative team player with a structured approach to solving complex situations Proactiveness, autonomy and responsibility Fluency in English with knowledge of German or Polish as an advantage A good knowledge of Microsoft Office
