pOur client, one of the largest ship registration service providers in Malta and a leading branch of a well-established local law firm, specialising in Malta flag registrations of all types of vessels from yachts to cruise liners and all other types of commercial vessels, is looking to recruit a strongShip Registration Finance Clerk /strong. /pbr /pstrongGeneral responsibilities will include: /strong /pbr /ulliOrganising and prioritising the issuing of bills /liliIssue of relevant invoices and chasing settlement /liliDebt Collection /liliProcessing and liaising with clients, in connection to invoice related queries /liliGeneral assistance within the shipping department (such as release of vessel and crew certification, filing and archiving) /li /ulbr /p /pbr /pstrongRequirements of the ideal candidate: /strong /pbr /ulliEducated to an A level standard /liliComputer literate with an excellent knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications /liliWell organised, accurate and able to work under pressure /liliAble to communicate confidently and effectively in both Maltese English /liliAble to work well as part of a team /liliPrevious experience in an administration/secretarial role is considered an asset /li /ulbr /p /pbr/br/Adress:
